Fish Finder. The Fish Finder is one of five componets of the Cell Phone. It disp [lays weather, moon phase, and fishing power. It is made from the Fisherman's Pocket Guide, Weather Radio, and Telescope. All 3 of these items are obtained from the Angler NPC after completing quests, although you won't get one of these 3 items every time.
The Cell Phone is obtained by combining the GPS, Fish Finder, Goblin Tech, and the R.E.K 3000 at the Tinker's Workshop. This will craft the PDA. The Tinkerer's Workshop is a crafting station that is used to combine certain accessories into a single item that provides the abilities of both.

the problem is i enjoyed this game 2 times ( 3 but with mods) , i played with a mate but he got the cell phone and i didnt had it once in my inventory and now i wan to finish all the achievments... and 150 hrs and ALL achievements i doubt it, my first run back then took like 60-80 hrs alone
A bug net will be useful to get bait. You can make a fishing rod out of wood or demonite/crimsonite. The more you do fishing the better stuff you will get and if you do the angler’s quests, he will reward you with stuff that sometimes help.
