In my Outlook there is a slide button on the top right side of the window that allows you to toggle between the new and old view for outlook. When I turn that off and close the confirmation prompt, my email updates normally. Cant set up Network solutions acct to outlook. It is a business account.
Looking at Network Solutions from a customer support angle, they provide some of the worst documentation and generously lack in Customer Support Excellence to provide their customers with quality service and support. I am sorry to say this about them, but it is an obvious stain when looking through the numerous forums and their own support portal.

The email does register in the 'Sent' folder of my business account, so I know it got the right response from the SMTP server. Receiving works fine, however. Created on September 6, 2023. Microsoft 365 Outlook (v2307 build 16.0...) won't accept Network Solutions recommended email server settings. Network Solutions recommends for Outlook/Windows the following settings: netsol-imap-oxcs.hostingplatform.com port 993 using StartTLS. netsol-smtp-oxcs.hostingplatform.com port 587 using StartTLS.
