I have XBox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. It works fine for me on XBox on my PC. I can do all the cool stuff like cloud gaming etc. I have kids and they are able to use XBox Game Pass on the home XBox. Well that said, the experience is very much like they don't have ultimate (constant reminders to purchase it).
