USB to HDMI driver missing I recently purchased a USB to HDMI adapter for duel monitor display, but it isn't working and windows doesn't recognize any other displays. Upon closer inspection my computer seems to be lacking the driver for USB to HDMI.
Windows 11 USB COM port. Running Windows 11 which performed an update yesterday. I'm using USB devices having an FTDI chip. Windows no longer assigns a COM port and says there is no driver. I've re-installed the driver (directly from FTDI) but the problem remains. I've tried several physical ports, cables and devices.

Hi all, My USB 3.0 ports in my laptop are not working but my only USB 2.0 is working. I have this issue for more than a year and I suspect it is due to Windows 10 update from Windows 7. I tried a lot to fix this issue from online forums (including this forum) before and even now but still I dont have a solution. I believe its due to driver issue.
