May 16, 2024. #6. $800 for the base 13” Air, $1100 for the base 12.9” 2022 Pro. There are some sites that list the Pro at about $50 less, YMMV. That is a significant price difference. If you are comparing secondary market vs new, it’s not a fair comparison, one is used. If a $300 difference is what you consider “almost”, get the M4.
Apple right now has the M1 iPad Pro 11 in. for $600 in the apple refurbished store. That makes it a really compelling option versus the newest iPad Air, which they come about to the same price for me. My main worry is that the iPad Pro M1 is 3 years old now and it won't be supported for much longer (no more than 3 more years).
