this is more of an answer to those who wants to change the black time color on your lockscreen. I currently have an iPhone 11 and how I was able to do it was... go to settings. type in accessibility. Click display & text size. turn on differentiate without color. i was able to change the color without everything else on my phone inverting color.

Tx. While you can't move the status bar, you might try scaling the picture so that the faces on your wallpaper are not blocked. Go to Settings > Wallpaper > Choose a new wallpaper, select the image, and then spread/pinch two fingers to zoom in/out, and pan with one finger up or down to move the photo position where you want it.
