    forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=163868971

Each powerblock is 7" wide and with a more than generous 4" for the adder cylinders in the middle, you need 18" tops. As pictured, the tabletop is unnecessarily deep. The 125 is only about an inch longer than the U-90 90lb because of taller weights.

The actual bar portion of the Powerblock curl bar is 31.5", that's less than 3 feet. The actual bar portion of the Powerblock straight barbell is 40", that's 3 feet and 4 inches. I don't find short bars comfortable for squats. Maybe I have a bigger frame.

Yeah Powerblock CS is awesome. I needed the tray liner for my used stand on got on CL and I ask to buy a new set. They replied with sending my new adhesive liners for free, they even paid the shipping. That CS persuaded my decision to get my adjustable dumbbells from them over IM.

  7. Powerblock Elite vs Sport 9 vs U90 - Bodybuilding.com Forums

    forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=118763141

I'm trying to figure out not only what the differences are but which would be best for me. I know I want powerblock and that I will need to expand past 60lbs. I am thinking the Sport because it appears there is more room for your wrist but it looks like the handle on the Sport is larger. I have smaller hands and my wife will be using the same set.

  8. My story on the Powerblock Sport 9.0 Stage II with Stand

To add to this.. i ended up selling my old Powerblock Pro's for $240 on craigslist with the stand along with a couple of hex dumbells for another $50 in less than a day. So I made $290..deduct it from the $579 I spent on the New Sports 9.0 and it costs me around $289 altogether for a new set!!

I purchased the PowerBlock Travel Bench(from bodybuilding.com) it is FANTASTIC!!! It is simple, portable, stable, and constructed extremely well. It even has a handle that allows toting it like a small suitcase. I can now do a full workout from head to toe when the gym is unavailable and I am in the field. Thanks BodyBuilding.com Gerald

  10. Brand new Powerblock U90 is rusting - is it normal?

    forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138269213

I have a brand new Powerblock U90 Stage 1 kit, purchased just a week ago at Fitness Depot in Toronto. I love the dumbbells, they are really great, so it was kind of a surprise finding a significant amount of rust inside the adder weight chambers.

  11. Powerblock U90 or Powerblock Sport 9.0 - Bodybuilding.com Forums

    forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137702493

I see the PowerBlock Flex Urethane U90 which get good reviews but so do the Powerblock Sport 9.0 but for much less cash. Is there that much of a difference in quality or useability? Money isn't a massive issue but if the difference isn't huge I'm alway a fan of saving some lol.
