If you have both proxy media and optimized media for a clip, proxy media seems to take precedence over optimized media if both are enabled. At the moment there is a bug in proxy media if your clip has non-square pixels (hopefully BMD will correct this).

Re: I Really WANT to Switch to Resolve . . . #1 -- you probably won't be satisfied, timeline keyframing presently leaves something to be desired, but you can ctrl-c in the keyframe area before the edit, then edit, then alt-v (paste attributes), selecting "maintain timing", then paste.

I'm trying to set up a virtual machine in Azure and use Davinci Resolve Studio 17 Free. The machine I chose was the Standard NC6s_v3, with 112gb of RAM and the Nvidia Tesla V100 16Gb GPU. The processor is the Intel (R) Xeon (R) CPU E5-2690 v4 @ 2.60GHz (6 CPUs), ~2.6GHz. The idea is to access the machine via RDP (Remote Desktop Connection).
