login with your cac or however. scroll down on the left side under soldier self service. click the link under: View your *corresponding branch* (army reserve/national guard) record brief. there should be a link that says my record brief, then click view current record brief and hopefully your good. It actually just appeared on iperms for me out of nowhere recently, I'd check that. HRC, Emilpo. Go to your S1 and request a copy, people do it from my unit. Ako. I've Googled "army erb" multiple times over the last couple weeks for a bunch of my dudes and the original site has worked every single time. iPerms.
I joined Army Active Duty 27 Jan 2010 to 19 Sept 2014. The IRR 19 Sept 2014 to 29 Aug 2017. Took a break in service until I joined the Army National Gaurd (ARNG) 27 May 2020. Now my ERB shows that my BASD date is "blank", PEBD and BESD is 27 May 2020.
The Soldier Talent Profile (STP) is the new ERB/ORB/SRB. Those have been effectively phased out. Your last SRB can be found in your iPERMS, they uploaded every SM's SRB to their own iPERMS army-wide.

Edited >1 y ago. Posted >1 y ago. S1 has to upload them for you and it will show on your ERB and point for your PPW. Get a sealed copy of your transcripts from your college and take them to S1. They have to be sealed so that the S1 personnel know they are official and unaltered. (1)
*ERB’s and ORB’s have not existed for a few years now, it’s an SRB. Even though that was a few years ago, Army sites are still all Army-ed up, so half have the link listed as “ERB” and the other half have it listed as “SRB”
