Go to nexus mods, I recommend getting the mod manager 2 and then sign the mod manager to your nexus account and also connect the mod manager to steam and select fallout NV as your game and then just download as much mods as you want, I recommend Dust

Yeah most of the mods that were deleted from nexus were Nazi shit for obvious reasons but there are some interesting ones that got deleted for some reason like the east red radio mod which is a lore friendly radio that adds in Chinese music with a Chinese propogandist radio host with pretty good voice acting that's quite entertaining to listen to, I have no idea why it got deleted though
I’d recommend checking out GamerPoets on YouTube. They have a video that covers how to get set up for modding NV and which mods you might need for a stable experience. There’s a lot to cover and he does it better than I could in a comment. Also nexus mods are free.
