Some of these monitors are defective, and will go black during gameplay or won't turn on when starting PC. My first MSI monitor would go blank/black in the middle of gaming, randomnly for 10-15 seconds. My second monitor doesn't, but sometimes will go black when booting up. The only fix is to return the monitor to MSI for warranty repair.

Yes, I am running 2 extra monitors and I ran into this with my surface tablet also which was the hz settings on the external monitor. For some reason it would default to 59hz and when I set it to 60 it fixed the problem. On my asus g14 either one of the external monitor would go black at random.
