One thing Spypoint gets right is customer service. They will replace a camera, even out of warranty, probably just to keep you from blowing them up on twitter. That said - I always say the best companies are the ones who you have no clue how their customer service is. I know these guys on a first name basis.
7,126. Location. mboro, tennessee. Jul 9, 2021. #1. Let me start by saying this isn't a bashing thread. I have 10 SPYPOINT cell-link cameras that I deploy. Over the past year I have had 3 with the same issue. SPYPOINT immediately replaced them so no issues with their customer service.
Attempted to contact spypoint customer service but hold times are crazy and they simply don't respond to chat anymore. You can reach them via twitter DM, but their response time is 7-10 hours delayed. They had me pull them down and do a firmware update (which is supposed to happen OTA, but never does).

Now it will start to seaarch SD card but just stops at this point - a friend was going to use it but run into trouble. Any ideas --or where tp find a repair place. thanks Paul.

I get a black screen sent to my phone like it took one but it's only a black screen. I'm putting out my other two today so we'll see what they do at night.
The 2 reveal x I have are still 100% and I put those out at the beginning of June. Probably around 250 pics on each since putting them out. The only issue I had was my own fault when I updated one of the 1st gen cameras I accidentally did the update wrong so I had to send the camera in the be "reflashed" per tactacam customer service.

Location. Munford, TN. Jan 6, 2021. #1. Anyone took the plunge yet? I am a huge fan of Covert cameras, but I've never used one of their cell cams. I can't find many reviews on the LORA system. Doing the math, I could save $150 a year on data plans with the LORA compared to my 3 Spypoints I'm currently using.
