In April 2021, I have filed I-485 and I-140 concurrently to Texas processing center (submitted biometrics in August 2021 and radio silence since then). Question 1: Given that the avg. processing time for I-485 is 19 months on high end (vs. 50 months for I-140), there inevitably will be a period of time when I-140 is within the normal processing ...
I-130 & I-485 (Family/Adjustment of status) If the processing times change whether shorten or lengthen which time do I go with? The one from when we first submitted (19 months) or the most current time (15 months)? 1. Add a Comment.
Processing times at uscis are inhumane. How is uscis able to get away with stalling people’s lives for years for no reason. The fact that there’s huge backlogs is just an excuse. It does not take 2 years to figure out if a marriage is real or fake, which is what it boils down to. Yes there are other requirements like income etc but it doesn ...

I-130 reduced processing times. I-130 & I-485 (AOS) Hello everyone! I’ve noticed a lot of posts about people getting their I-130 processing times change drastically from 20 months to 6 months, 6 months to 2 weeks or 1 week etc. I, myself had this happened to me and I’m sure we’re all skeptical about it and don’t want to get our hopes up.
Hi all, the processing time on my online account (petitioner) for the I-130 part of our concurrent AOS filing has counted down from 9 months since we filed last October, and yesterday it said 4 months. Today, I logged on and it has jumped back up to 7 months. I know they’ve just been putting a standard 9 month countdown for everyone, it’s ...

It's comical at this point. No employer will wait 11.5 months to fill a job position. Seattle i485: 24.5 to 26.5 months lol. On the bright side, I'll be getting the 10 year green card and won't have to file for ROC 🙃.
