They had me go into the %localappdata% folder, get into Amazon Music, delete the "Data" subfolder. When that was completed, I was instructed to click on start, go to the "Amazon Music" app, right click and "uninstall" was one of the options. You can turn that setting off within the app itself. Click the drop-down menu next to Your Name (near Search bar) in the upper right of the Amazon Music app. Then select Preferences, then the Advanced tab. The Amazon app works fine for me in Windows 10 but I have never tried to listen to stations or preview whole albums. I just play Prime music and the titles I own. I have set Amazon music app to not startup via TaskManger Startup and in the Amazon Music app settings. But everytime I start my computer it pops up and it's driving me crazy. I don't understand how
How can i put an amazon icon in the taskbar of my laptop? I don't have the app. Do i need to download the app which i don't need or want to have the icon? I don't want it on the desktop . My computer that died had the icon in the taskbar when i bought it (It must have been a return). Thanks
