Activate Your MyChart Account. All fields are required. Enter your MyChart Activation Code exactly as it appears on your After Visit Summary or enrollment letter. You will not need to use this code after you've completed the signup process.
Download or Send Your Medical Records from MyChart. Records will be released within a few hours. Login to MyChart. Go to menu “Sharing Hub”. Select the person you want to share your health information with. Follow the prompts to either download or send your records.
