This is my extended version of Alexander's Native Trainer, which I will slowly continue to develop until I get bored. It's open source, with a GitHub project. Prop Spawner, with 3815 (mostly) named and categorised props to choose from, all of which should work. Many options and features here – have a play around.

Hi, I installed the following mods in the title and I want to pay online again how do I uninstall these mods properly so I can play online again without getting instant ban. Do I really have to delete it all and download 65+ GB again? Making a back up for a 65+ GB game isn't really a great option. Thanks!

Download and install Community Script Hook V .NET and copy the ASI file into your game directory (the DLL and XML files are for developers only). With the latest ScriptHookVDotNet, it uses an asi and a dll (ScriptHookVDotNet.asi and ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll) and both must be in the main game folder or it won't work.
