I just bought a 2018 Samsung qSeries. Tv channel guide was working great until daylight savings time. Now the time is wrong in the guide and the channel information is wrong. Turns out, if you hold down the channel up/down button to bring up the channel list, then release and push the same button once, the EPG comes up. Not exactly user friendly. I have a new 2022 Frame 32" TV. To replace my older samsung LED 32". On my old TV controller I had a button labled GUIDE. This on freeview.

I have over-the-air channels as well as Samsung TV Plus channels, and I can scroll through both continuously, e.g. if I'm on 1000 and hit channel down I go to 41-8, which is the last over-the-air channel. However, in the guide I only see the 1000+ channels, none of the OTA channels.
In the meantime, you can access the Guide by clicking in the channel up/down button on the Smart Remote, or heading to Home > Live TV > Guide. You can also utilise the Voice Assistant feature by pressing the microphone button on the Smart Remote and saying "Guide". I hope this helps. View solution in context. 1 Like.

Your remote which came with the TV is probably a BN59-01315N (see bottom left corner of remote) I had the same problem and saw the comment that the Disney+ button had been reprogrammed. I bought a Samsung BN59-01315M remote from Amazon for £11.95 and it works perfectly.
