Then going back to my first comment, You are not big enough to justify a phone tree. 100 people working the call center is not a ton, it sounds like a pretty small bank. If we compare that to Bank of America (the bank OP references), bank of America has tens of thousands of call center agents. They have over 200,000 total employees.

He started saying that there were some fraudulent purchases on my debit card and they wanted to verify with me. Definitely leaning towards that one, especially because of the bonus. Have both: BofA app is better (imo). If you use Billpay, BofA is much better. BofA only deducts the debit when the payee deposits the check. Chase deducts the debit immediately when they send the check.
One tip.. if you keep getting passed around to different customer service reps then just demand to speak with a manager over and over again until you get someones name/phone number/email. The 1st line of defense ppl have no power to help in this situation, you have to get with a manager.
