Thanks for posting your question here in the Webex Community. What do you mean by "another install? Do you mean that your organization has two separate Webex sites? Or do you mean the Webex Meetings app vs. the Webex App? Have you logged into your Webex site before? There you should be able to download all of your recordings.
I believe the normal EXE is just a stub that then downloads and launches the full installer. That may be tripped up by security software agent(s) on your machine or the local network (eg URL inspection / filtering solutions).
Go ahead and select that. You will then see the screen below. Under your account name, select My reports. There, you will see a list of reports you can pull. Select Attendance Report under Webex Events (classic). There, you will be able to select what event you want to see the attendance report for.
