I have an Amazon Prime Store Card through Synchrony Bank. I received a physical card, however, the credit is only good on Amazon. I started with a $1,300 CL and after a little over a year, I have a $3,400 CL. The best feature of the card is I receive a 5% back as a store credit on everything I purchase.
If Amazon Card does not offer WC and if you cannot connect with EWC, then until this connection issue is resolved your options for setting up this card and managing it in Quicken are: Set up your Amazon Card as a manual account and manually enter the transactions. You can set up EWC later after the connection issue is resolved.

It is my understanding that the Amazon.com Store Card and the Amazon Prime (Visa Signature?) are two different cards that are issued by two different companies...the Store Card is issued by Synchrony and the Prime card is issued by Chase. You should be able to see on the back of your credit card who the issuer of the card is.
I would recommend trying both, however "Amazon.com Store Card - Synchrony is likely the correct one to use. When you select one, it has a blue link that takes you to the site so you can verify it's the same website you use to sign in and make sure your login works there. Please let me know if this helps!
Amazon Store Card closed question. Hey everyone.. i tried looking for this question but was not able to get the answer i was looking for. Synchrony closed my account with a balance on it. There is no late payments. It was closed due to a payment getting returned, When i realized it had old bank info it was too late and the payment was returned.
