I also liked the fly handles on the Inspire a bit more than the articulating arms on the Hoist. My gym has a half rack + dumbbells up to 95lbs + leg press + barbells + pull up bar. So overall this is more a 'nice to have' buy to round out the gym with accessories rather than a strict necessary buy. Appreciate any thoughts.

You should keep the elbows above the wrists and have the pinky up, but by not leaning forward you minimize the involvement of the other delt heads so you can focus on the medial head of the delt. So basically keep your elbow and wrist placement like in the first vid but stand straight like in the second vid so that the medial head gets hit harder.
