    Please check that the Contact is not in the Regarding field of the activities - that will be "cascade removed" if the parent record is deleted. I did a quick test our test enviornment (Update Rollup 7) with a Phone Call and an Email activities with mulitple contacts in the To/Receipt fields with "Contact1" in the Regarding field on both.

    Also it would be nice to be able to start a contact and to be able to record a reminder/task like an appointment which would pop up and replay the recording at a designated time. I would imagine my next suggestion is the most challenging and that is to start an email, type out or attach a voice recording to body, and send the email.

    The FAQ entry I linked to above includes detailed instructions for opening an email support case without validation of the subscription. Unfortunately, you're in a Catch22 situation as phone support is for validated subscribers only and you don't know the LiveID to validate your subscription. However, support via email will sort it out for you.
