Run the tool and scan your computer for malware. If it find anything (which there is a very high chance it will) click next and activate the free trial using your email, then remove the malware and restart.
No luck, still won't uninstall. Time to play rough. Use Windows Explorer (or it can be done from the command line) to forcibly delete the Kaspersky folder in C:\Program Files (x86). A lot of files get deleted but there are still some that can't be. Nevertheless, run a registry cleaner (I use CCleaner) - lots of "Kaspersky" entries removed. Reboot.
UPD2: C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP12 is owned by me, but I can't own the C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP12-- it belongs to SYSTEM. When I choose my username in the 3rd tab (about Ownership) and press Apply, the messagebox Access denied (in Russian) appears. And when I try to add my account in the 1st tab, messagebo with something same appears.
