    Use Cinebench R23 for the CPU and Unigine Superposition for the GPU. Best way would be to run benchmarks that let you compare scores to others that have similar hardware.     Days Gone PC port well it doesnt have a benchmark testrun, but it has an excellent graphics option screen. Options are changed live with the game still rendering with time paused and an informative fps and frametime counter shows in the corner. Its very good.
