My fav movies of decade or so in no particular order: Whiplash, Hereditary, The Favourite, Edge of Tomorrow, Fury Road, Death of Stalin, Grand Budapest Hotel, and sweet sweet baby jesus Palm Springs. Andy Samberg projects are criminally underrated. Hot Rod, Popstar, and Tour de Pharmacy are probably the best ones.
Palm Springs: My favorite movie of the year. Palm Springs. Released on Hulu in July 2020. Directed by: Max Barbakow. Screenplay by: Andy Siara. Starring: Andy Samberg, Cristin Milioti, J.K. Simmons. I’m not really a huge movie watcher or even a cinephile. Every year, I’ll check out the upcoming releases and kind of naturally decide which ...
They had a super amazing chemistry too, imo. The scene in the very beginning of the movie where Nyles helps Sarah by bailing her out of giving the speech, I knew at that very moment that these two were going to have a fucking great chemistry. Palm Springs was the last movie I watched and I would love to see more movies that leaves a smile on the face. I guess I have watched most of the common suggestions like Groundhog Day, Chef, Secret Life of Walter Mitty...
Shots feature the Cabazon Dinosaurs.”. And “Cabazon Dinosaurs, formerly Claude Bell's Dinosaurs, is a roadside attraction in Cabazon, California, featuring two enormous, steel-and-concrete dinosaurs named Dinny the Dinosaur and Mr. Rex. Palm Springs is the most underrated time loop movie. Recently watched Palm Springs without any expectations and purely because of the two lead actors (When Jake Peralta met The Mother!!), but was blown away by the genius of the movie. The way they integrated the familiar concept of the time loop while adding their own unique plot to it.
