Also similar to you, the guide on my iPhone is always correct. I am one of the customers who has phantom recordings showing up in 'My Recordings'.

I don't have Sling but I see missing channels on my guide too on dishanywhere. I have "All" selected. Just to name a few in numerical order: 82 - FETV. 106 - TVLAND. 140 - ESPN. 171 - NICKW. 173 - DISNW. 177 - TOONW.
