I'm Rick. I am doing my review on the 'Solar Storm 400W' by California Light Works. I currently have a 4'x4'x6' grow tent, with 9 cannabis plants growing in them. I use soil as my medium of grow, and my personal choices of nutrients. First off, I do admit that the Solar Storm 400W is a very quiet light, it barely makes a noise.

This is the first entry to my grow journal using LED lights. I have a Pro Gro 400 from Hydroponics Hut and a Solar Storm 400 from California Light Works. I started with the Pro Gro 400 over twelve Pineapple Express rooted clones. I added the Solar Storm light on day 9 and have decided to place them side by side as you will see in the photos below.
by Powerwiz » Sat Aug 11, 2012 11:11 am. Just got this baby today actually. Its the Solarflare 200w Full Spectrum LED made by California Lightworks. Paid 449 bucks for it and about 20 dollars I think for shipping. The specs on this model are: 200watts; 165watts actual power draw. It has 40 5 watt LEDs.
