I can't set up my old Verizon email address using the windows email set up for new accounts. I'm using Windows 11 and I have a subscription to the Office suite including Outlook. I am using the set up from Add Account, advanced options with Let me set up my account manually. I enter my email address and advanced options. I select IMAP.
