The Place Credit Card is serviced by Citibank South Dakota (CBSD) for Children’s Place customers.as per Credit Karma. As for the report pulled - I would guess EQ or EX. Maybe someone else here can provide more info...
Another Comenity CLI - The Children's Place. Data points -. Got the card in Feb 2022 ($500 CL) and used it for small purchase. Paid it off before the statement dropped. I just hit the love button and doubled the my CL to an even $1000. I'll take it.

They will use any of the 3, normally depending on where you live. I'm in Louisiana and normally it is EQ, but I have had them pull from all 3. I have a childrens place card with a 250 limit. I called asked for a credit limit increase, but the rep said they would have to pull my cc - 387539.
