It depends on how the vehicle sells and whatnot. Since most of the Raptors sell above MSRP and the limited availability of them, it makes sense that most dealers would not offer the plans since they can make much more money by selling it out right. I think I got lucky because of my situation for getting the D-plan and military discount.
About 1500 w/ tax and shipping. Shocks came out quickly (about a week for ground). The shocks looked in pretty good condition - about a "B" class. I also went with the re-finished shafts and seals with the 6 month warranty. I cleaned them up just a bit more before going on my 2010 Raptor.

I have 8 different auxiliary light switches…4 on the Aux. Switch Panel above the shifter and 4 illuminated flush mount on the lower portion of dash. See picture. Originally I found this site: raptorcustomembroderi.com. I called and the guy has closed it down as he’s headed to the military.
