I had Edge, Google and Bing in my laptop. Once I downloaded Chrome then I re-applied the F-Secure in Edge as it stated. Right now it is scanning. I was using the Securirty Suite with I like for it Banking program and somehow was not working properly. So I had to un-install it then I couldn't get it to re-install. The install program displays a button to remove the incompatible file and then reboots the system. It appears to be removing the file but after the reboot, it starts the compatibility check again and finds the same find. I’ve gone through this process numerous times and the install program reports the same incompatible file, an endless loop.

Answers. Hello @Korona165 and welcome to the Spectrum Community. It is a part of our Advanced WIFI equipment. Here is the support page for Security Shield that explains everything. So I have my own modem and router.
And, then, one option is to try use F-Secure Uninstallation Tool: Or to look specific tool for Charter Security Suite. Then manually look for any remains of F-Secure folders / files (or list of installed applications). Good to perform reboot / restart after it (even if it is not requested).
