The Urus is now Lamborghini's best selling vehicle by a lot. Well yeah. It was meant to be. Copying Porsche's model of selling mass prduced SUVs to support their more traditional smaller volume sports car business. And it keeps VAG happy, they want some ROI so capitalizing on the Lamborghini name is the easy button.
It doesn't even come close to competing though. The Urus is more in the same category as the Cullinan and the Bentayga, and is the "sharpest" of the three. This one's equipped to $300,000+ Canadian, and I think I'd rather save about $100k and have a fully decked-out Range Rover Autobiography in the sub-$200k mark. The Urus easily looks the wildest.

Urus is for people that want to show off a lambo, but can't cope with actually drive a "real lambo" that means sitting low and have low practicality. Mostly badge whores. Just like buying a BMW X1 with 1.5 diesel engine or stuff like that. You can't afford a luxury car, but you want the badge, so you buy those cars.
