In the message window, point to the numbers above your inbox. These numbers tell you how many messages are on the page and in your inbox. Everytime I log onto my email account, it says I have 3 more unread emails than I actually do. Lets say I've recieved 5 new emails, the number next to "Inbox" on the left hand side should say 5. Instead it says 8. I even deleted everything in my inbox so there are no emails anymore, and it STILL says I have 3 unread emails, which I can't see!!!
