I have mentioned some simple steps to access 192.168.1.1 below, you can try these steps. Hit enter button and 192.168.l.l admin page loads in few seconds. If the page didn’t load, then your router’s login ip address is differect. (Find Router IP Address) Provide Username and Password details of your Wifi router.
Be sure you factory reset and when you go to 192.168.1.1 first, scroll down toward the bottom of the page and select "don't have the app". So, my private home network is not 192.168.1.xxx. The default IP address of an extender is 192.168.1.250, SO I had to go into my computer's WiFi network settings: Change Dynamic to Static. Set Static IP to 192.168.1.5, Set IP Mask to 255.0.0.0. Set DNS to 8.8.8.8 for now.

It would not go to 192.168.1.1; it immediately redirects to the website routerlogin.net and b/c there is no working internet it immediately fails. It never prompted for a user name and password.
How about trying the secure web portal: http s://192.168.1.1. The browser will complain about it being "insecure" because the SSL certificate is "self-signed". Just ignore the warning. You are probably aware that the "last resort" is to do a Factory Reset and reconfigure the router from scratch. (I absolutely hate doing this.
