Hello Dave, Thank you for the suggestion. I did download and install the Broadcom driver as the other realtek drivers were not installing. After finishing the installation, I restarted the PC but I am still unable to use bluetooth and it is still not visible in device drivers. Thank you.

Hello I'm having trouble installing a bluetooth driver. I downloaded the correct Realtek driver from the asus site for my laptop (F555LJ) for Windows 10. The files downloaded to a zip which i extracted to a separate folder under program files. However when I open the install file nothing happens.

Would love too know if anyone else has had this issue and if so how it was resolved because at this point I have tried booting my pc in recovery mode with my windows install disk to no avail and have looked tirelessly for official Microsoft Bluetooth legacy hardware drivers which I cannot find.
