Some update: This was fixed on the master branch a couple of days ago. It should be available on kdenlive 20.04. Should not have any crackling issues, but if you still have them then go to configure kdenliv - > Playback -> Audio driver and then change it to WinMM or DirectSound.

So, I recently installed Kdenlive on my Windows 10 PC (I would install it on my linux, but this PC is faster). I make my video, then when I go to render it, the MP4 has a big red 'X' next to it. Kdenlive and GPU acceleration is awesome! This may was added one or two releases back but I did not noticed until today (Kdenlive 20.08.3) had some GPU encoding profiles.
