My product key was actually a Win 8 key. I knew this but I had activated Win 10 before with that key. Anyway, what I had to do was install Windows 8.1 and activate it by phone. After it was activated, log in with my Microsoft account and finally installing Win 10. A long process but it's the only thing that worked for me.
