Yeah a lot of the stores here, especially the smaller ones have switched to digital only with a printout for all the different gift cards, be it Steam, Amazon, Paysafe , Netflix and so on. Movietowne POS. I know EH Games in Trincity sells the $20 cards for a little over $200. Currently out of stock right now but they said they're getting a new shipment of Steam cards next week. Trinitrolley (online store), EH Games (Trincity Mall), Gamez Plus (POS and C3) are all the places that retail steam gift cards in Trinidad.
Steam doesn't produce the cards themselves. They issue the code to the company who makes them though. I think Fast Card does them in the US. Prepaid Visa/Mastercard is fine to use. Used to be able to get them at Walmart, Target, Best Buy, 7-11, Smiths Grocery store, and Gamestop. They all disappeared around or before mid 2022. You might want to ask the employees of those stores why they don't carry Steam gift cards anymore. Please do so, so that we can shed some light as to the reason.
