   Replied on August 25, 2020. To convert a PDF to another other format, including Word, you need to use a tool/feature called OCR. . Word 365 has OCR built in to it. In theory, you can open a PDF and it will be "OCR'd". But in practice, it requires a specific PDF file format to work. So, give it a try, it may work.

   Saying support is only for crash or not working is just wrong. If repair does not work, then try uninstall from control panel. If that doesn't work, try uninstall using the fix it (in the link).
