    Happy holidays! Each row of my Case data contains 2 dates: CreatedOn and ModifiedOn. I made a calculated field "Duration" with formula = ModifiedOn-CreatedOn. It's working ok with Duration in the "Data" section and CreatedOn in the "Column" Section, i.e showing me the duration that Cases took to resolve, displayed by date.
