The Magic Carpets of Aladdin is a ride in the Magic Kingdom, at Walt Disney World.It is based on the 1992 film, Aladdin.It is similar to the Dumbo the Flying Elephant attraction in that riders in the front rows control how high their carpets fly, and the ride lasts about 90 seconds.
Afterwards, the ride crosses the Walt Disney World Railroad tracks and pass through a switch, which leads to the ride's storage and maintenance bays as they make a right turn to enter Space Mountain. Inside Space Mountain, the trains then make a left turn and pass in between the lift hills of the roller coaster tracks.
Existing rides were given small but helpful upgrades; new rides were added; and only a small handful of less popular attractions were removed. To commemorate the opening of New Fantasyland, the drawbridge was lowered on Sleeping Beauty Castle for only the second time ever (the first being the park's opening in 1955).
Prince Charming Regal Carrousel (formerly Cinderella's Golden Carousel) is a carousel in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort.
