I am using Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS (64 bit) The browser is Mozilla Firefox Quantum 61.0.1 (64 bit) Screen resolution is 1280 x 1024. This problem occurs only for Wikipedia in combination with Firefox. All other sites have normal font sizes in Firefox. I tried Opera. In this browser the fonts have normal sizes. I am also using Firefox on Android and IOS.
