For some reason my hotmail account (*****@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in. Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me.
I am experiencing the same issue. I have always used my @hotmail.com address. Later, I added a third-party address (my own domain) that also had MS Exchange to my Microsoft settings. I then set my domain address as the primary contact address and, unfortunately, removed the @hotmail.com address from the account.
