Go into server settings and delete all invite links that are created by Disboard. Then go into the channel you want members to join to and type /invite. Disboard sometimes fails to update with the new invite, making it so it's always invalid no matter how many invite links it makes.
When I used the debug command it showed the old invite link, even though the invite link was updated. I think Disboard only allows one channel the invite link to be directed to and I wasnt able to find any other ones to remove. Anyways, I just removed and readded the bot and the setup link worked instantly. Thanks for the suggestion though.
You need to go into the channel permissions and give the bot send messages, read messages (or view channel I believe), create instant invite and manage channels. I get this message on Disboard: Add CREATE_INSTANT_INVITE and SEND_MESSAGES permissions to DISBOARD bot. After that send this command: !d invite. Upon checking, I saw the "Create Invite" and "Send Messages" permissions were on by default on its role anyway. Nothing happens after sending !d invite on a channel from the server.
