r/GameDeals has very comprehensive list of trusted sites, and if I recall correctly, everything from IsThereAnyDeal is there. Check out the sidebar and FAQ. I've never had a problem and I use it for the majority of my purchases. General buying online rules apply; if you use your brain you should be fine.

It seems itch.io are trying to blame Isthereanydeal and bots but isn't this whole issue and the other one today where someone got a pirated version of Rimworld from itch.io all caused by itch.io complete lack of significant verification process that allows just about anyone to put up dodgy games for sale.
Synchronize "tags"/"genres" from Steam (GOG, etc.) into the collection. Filter games by "tag"/"genre". A button to select all items of a certain filter AND a button to edit them (I.E. selecting all Epic Games Store copies to change copy from "redeemed" to "giveaway" ) Edit the collection in CSV (or another format) and import it back into ITAD.
