r/army. United States Army on Reddit. MembersOnline. •. FurphyHaruspex. EES login “access denied”. I am having a difficult time logging into the HRC EES. Getting “access denied” on two different computers and two different browsers on each computer. Their help desk seems to be only open M-F.
I finally got into EES. The problem seems to come from getting all of the DOD certificates to download correctly on the computer. I had to redo this time after time until it finally worked. I've got it running on the Windows 10 system but haven't tried to fix it yet on my windows vista computer.
Evaluation Entry System and e-Mail. When entering my DODID in EES and it performs its little search, the old @mail.mil email is still popping up. Is there a system I need to update somewhere so the new @army.mil or @us.army.mil populates? Archived post. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast. I also contacted HRC about this issue. Hopefully more leaders will follow suite, especially those in the ARNG/USAR, so this can be corrected. Or our drill weekends are going to be

Login into the Evaluation Entry System here. https://evaluations.hrc.army.mil. On the right side of the page you'll see a button labeled ERS for Evaluation Report System. That will take you into an Oracle based platform. On the left side enter your SSN, DODID, or name and the system will show your evaluation period from start to through (due) date.
If you forget to hit Exit, you can always click back in and click Exit which will unlock it. You also don't have to unsign in reverse order if you are going to remove all the signatures from an evaluation. It just ends up requiring you to use the Signature Removal Tool if you go out of order. 5. Critical-Fix-9333.
