Start - type in --> ipconfig /all will show the MAC address of your network adapter. The problem is you do not know nor should we guess which mac address they are asking about. Maybe you or someone else can figures it out by comparing the old instructions to the new information. The support you need is the School's Computer Support or IT Dept.
I followed the instructions, but found two mac addresses were displayed. I tried both and neither worked. Then I entered "ipconfig/all" and the message that I am receiving states "media disconnected."

Without it, with increasing complexity, it has become unmanageable. I hope Windows 11 has taken that into account. However, the online co-pilot is supposed to be able to work on Windows 10 but it doesn't which makes me skeptical about Windows 11. This is why, I am not in a hurry.
