WOODHAVEN — Black Rock Bar and Grill (22753 Allen Rd, Woodhaven), another chain restaurant, has closed its Woodhaven location. The Michigan-based chain specializes in steaks served on a 755-degree volcanic rock that allows visitors to cook meat to their temperature preferences.
