    Yes you can. It is possible. Just search "gift card" on the store and it will show up. It is usually available on the store page but the current winter theme hides it. You could have bought a digital gift card from Steam directly but you cannot do it with wallet funds.

    No. There is no way to take money out of your steam wallet. Once you put money in your steam account I’m pretty sure you can’t get it out. There’s no legitimate way to move the funds. It’s essentially a gift card wallet and is non refundable and only usable on Steam.
