I am having problems with Bluetooth in my computer. I tried uninstalling the driver and installing it again. tried with bluetooth trouble shoot and hardware and devices troubleshoot and it says it can{t solve it. If i try t connect a bluetooth device it says that bluetooth is turned off but I can t turn it on.
Bluetooth doesn't troubleshooting only tells me that my device doesn't support Bluetooth, and uninstalling is impossible, as it doesn't show up at all in my Device Manager. I also scrolled through the other two articles you listed, but it seems as they are all saying the same thing that doesn't seem to be working for me.
On the Bluetooth & other devices tab on Settings there is no option/toggle to turn Bluetooth on or off. My mouse is still listed there, but it says Bluetooth is turned off. On the Connect button on Notifications no Bluetooth devices are listed, even when the mouse (or other devices) is discoverable.
